• We are not liable for data loss caused by your actions, third-party software, or external attacks beyond our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 30 days.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where prohibited by UK law.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your services at any time through our client portal.
• We may suspend or terminate your services if you breach these Terms.
• Outstanding invoices must be paid before termination is finalized.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, United Kingdom.
